Thank you for shopping with Zora & Zinc. This policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer complimentary expedited shipping on all orders over $99. For orders below this amount, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and typically range from 7–15 business days depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Fulfilment

Zora & Zinc works with a curated international fulfilment network, which means items may ship from different locations. Orders containing multiple items may therefore arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost to you.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're unable to reroute parcels once dispatched, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
