We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including pierced jewellery, opened fragrances, intimate apparel, and any items marked as final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email Support@Zorazinc.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will respond with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
